As a classroom instructor, Ms. Bergman is passionate about the subject matter, able to instill interest and excitement in her students and most of all, able to extract student performance to that student’s maximum capacity. She is disciplined without being harsh, knowledgeable, yet accessible and universally respected and well liked by her students and her peers.

Her performance as an administrator is also excellent. Running a distance learning program that crosses all schools and departments, she has brought her knowledge and skills as academic computing to a wide variety of instructors teaching courses at all levels, from basic survey courses to graduate courses. She has made “on-line” teaching an unqualified success at Touro.

With respect to her dedication and energy, there is little that I can add to a CV that shows commitment to the educational community at all levels, as well as to the social and humanitarian needs of all that she comes in contact with. She is pro-active in seeking out new challenges and then devoting herself to overcoming them to improve the individual whether students or not, and, by doing so, society as a whole.
